I’m looking at getting some festoon lights made from a factory in China as there’s nothing on the market with what I’m looking for (and potentially sell in the future)

For context in an electrician by trade.

Basically I want to copy some of the current solar festoon lights there are on with also usb charging but a lot brighter than anything on the market.

I’m looking at 20 metres with 20 bulbs and roughly 130 lumens per bulb. A lot of the manufacturers are finding hard to produce. Is the problem the voltage or current of the battery?

Roughly what size solar panel and battery and wattage of the globes would I need to hit these specs

Any advice welcome
