This is from a moulding oven, we had a heating element stuck on. Replaced the card with a spare which solved the problem. After some faultfinding, I found that when the card was powered up (240VAC) the optocoupler that controlled the triac for the stuck heating element was partially on. The problem was only appearing when under load with voltage to the power side of the card. Now we have a working card to put back in the spares.
