Is this a one off, or do all the PCBs have the same issue. Is this your design or are you the customer, this goes back to checking the design? Last quick one, if this is your board, quick turn or production board house, and did they do an electrical verification test on it?

That’s why you do a netlist test.
Does the incomplete trace exist because the trace wasn’t routed in the EDA program, or because the trace physically broke off?
