  1. Honnestly à blowtorch and a pair of plier and I can extract every die I want ^^

  2. Apply 1000 volts to any two of the pins.

  3. Utility knife and a hammer will separate it even cleaner

  4. Not bad, if you ever got time, industry way is to sand down until you expose the wires (you’ll see little specks of the wire material) then hit it with nitric acid. You drip the acid a little at a time then dip it into acetone bath, slowly but surely the mold compound etches away and you’ll be left with your die and even the bond wires still attached if you do it right.
