Always run at least a basic design rule check on your board, before ordering it. check unconnected nets, solder mask/Silkscreen collisions. ideally also trace clearance/width and you save yourself such headache. This won’t help you now, I know, but hopefully this will be the reminder for the future 🙂

Btw to add insult to injury or rather other way around i also cut myself pretty badly on the smt stencil.

You could scrape the soldermask and flood the pads with solder until it connects
