Press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds to turn ON the headphones.The Bluetooth status indicator starts flashing Red and Blue.Turn on the Bluetooth setting of your device aaand select “UX3000”.When “UX3000 Connected” appears, the pairing is completed.

How to unpair the current device and establish a new pairing with another device

Turn OFF the power of the headphones.Press and hold the Power Button for 5 seconds until the “Pairing” announcement is heard.The Bluetooth status indicator starts flashing Red and Blue.Turn on the Bluetooth setting of your new device and select “UX3000”.When “UX3000 Connected” appears, the pairing to the new device is completed.

How to connect 2 devices through Multipoint Connection

Pair the UX3000 with the first device.Turn OFF the power of the headphones.Press and hold the Power Button for 5 seconds until the “Pairing” announcement is heard. The Bluetooth status indicator starts flashing Red and Blue.Pair the UX3000 with the second device.Reactivate the first pairing through the control on the first device. UX3000 is now connected to 2 devices through Multipoint Connection.

How to perform factory reset

When UX3000 is not working as expected, please perform a factory reset.

Turn ON the power of the headphones.Press and hold the Volume+ and Volume- buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds.The Bluetooth/ANC Status Indicator will flash twice in Purple together with 2 beeps.The factory reset is completed.
