I’m looking for a suitable replacement for these and also the knobs because they were damaged as well. They are endlessesly stepped with a push button and the controller which they are connected to also recognizes Touch interactions. 5 pins
(Kontrol S2 MK3)
It’s got 20 steps per rotation
It would help to post actual dimensions and photos from all sides, including the bottom of the board, detail of the shaft and photo of the knob you are looking for.
One photo of a random encoder from a weird angle is not really enough to be able to identify a suitable replacement, even if the part is not custom (which it may well be and then you are screwed …). Like this you are literally asking people to read minds and guess what you have on your bench.
Ec 11 encoders prolly would work. Pretty generic. Knobs I use are from Amazon. If you know the shaft size guitar knobs usually work.
mpcstuff.com has some NI replacement parts in their stock – it’s a long shot but they might be able to help you out or at least point you in the right direction.
Will this one work?

Took about 3 minutes to find using Digi-Key’s search feature.
Have you contacted Native Instruments support? I had a similar problem with an arturia keystep and while they weren’t able to give me the part number of the potentiometer they were able to sell me a replacement PCB with the pot on it.
