Had the trusty WS-81 station for 15 years by now, did mainly leaded work/prototyping, the tip held up just fine, recent job required 20k joints, this is the result.
You have served me well. To the recycling Valhalla will you go.

My tips don’t survive more than a few months due to the rotating coops. RIP
I’m always impressed by you RoHS boys. I’m a lazy American and spend a lot of time washing the lead off my hands. After many decades of soldering I’m too frighted to make the switch.
Only thing to watch out for is oxidization between types if you mix
