I’m making a laptop out of a raspberry pi. To do so I have to wire a couple speakers to a D class amplifier to a aux breakout. On the left is what I have done of the speaker system. The bottom cardboard box with the batteries and the cables is raspberry pi and its power bank which are supposed to be on top of each other but I was able to put side by side using a ribbon cable. And then underneath the screen is a USB hub that I’m using to extend a wire to the screen to be used as a touch screen with a SSD under the USB hub. It’s very much cobbled together but it makes me happy because it’s one of my first projects that is actually working that i made without a kit or outside help. The final project will be made of ABS plastic and not cardboard to avoid the risk of fire and damage to the board. But I am using cardboard for prototyping just because it’s easier to work with.
