How are you going to solder the component on it?
Yeah laser drilling requires a max pcb thickness.. Can’t have all we want I guess.
What are the holes doing in the footprint?
Very nice. So are the 4 vias with no traces connected to internal planes? ~~What’s the purpose of the holes in the center?~~ Why no mask on the bottom side? Are you allowed to use mask defined pads (mask up onto copper) with this process? Can you post a picture of the other side?
What kind of package is that? A weird BGA?

Why the need for such a small package if it requires such elaborate (and large) socketing / mechanical mounting?
