Hello r/electronics. I am hoping you guys can help me fix a problem with my dad’s pool. So he has 2 pumps – 1 that runs all the time and 1 that needs to operate on a timer. Basically what we believe has happened is the clock (clock 2) running the timer required pump has died. We were hoping we could re-wire the circuit such that the timer pump now runs on clock 1 and the other pump can run on clock 2 since it doesn’t need a working clock. We did try completely switching all wires to the other side, but the constantly running pump didn’t receive any power unless the timer pump was running. Can anyone direct us to how we can achieve the result we need? Thanks!
