Though not pictured this circuit outputs a variable frequency square wave (in addition to the triangle wave shown) that is set by the applied control voltage (the purple line on the scope). So far I’ve managed to get a similar circuit to a maximum frequency of about 25 MHz. This specific circuit goes as low as 10s of Hz and has a tuning range of up to ~250 kHz.
