Just be careful with using 3D-printed parts for food-related things, even for pets. The seams between each layer are a great place for bacteria to grow. I’d probably be more concerned with the water than the dry cat food.
Also, if your cat ever knocks the water sensor out of the bowl you might have a bit of a mess on your hands
